We’re excited to announce the release of EHS Insight 25.6, packed with powerful new features that expand our AI capabilities, improve user productivity, and enhance the overall experience across the platform.

AI Copilot Expands to Forms

EHS Insight's AI Copilot now goes beyond reports—it’s available directly on forms. Users can interact with form data through a smart chatbot experience to get quick insights, generate summaries, and receive recommended next steps.

Form Copilot is available across all forms, as well as Training Requirements and JSA Templates. It operates using an “Analytical” mode, giving relevant answers based on the data users have access to.

Real-World Use Cases:

JSA Template: Ask Copilot for step suggestions to ensure thorough safety coverage.
Incident Event: Investigators can request a Cause Analysis summary.
Incident Event: Safety Managers can have Copilot draft a Toolbox Talk based on incident details.

Smarter Conversations with AI

We’ve also enhanced the AI Copilot experience in both Forms and Reports:

Updated Models: AI Copilot has been updated to use the latest OpenAI ChatGPT models.
Conversation Starters: Suggested prompts help users get started faster.
Continued Conversations: Lets users pick up where they left off—context is saved as long as you remain on the same form or report.
Start New Chat Session: This option clears previous chats for a fresh start.

More Enhancements to Improve Usability and Flexibility

We’ve rolled out several other exciting improvements across the platform to make your experience even more intuitive and efficient—especially in CAPA's, Form Designer, photo annotation, and inspections.

Log Already-Completed CAPAs with Ease: Log already-completed CAPAs directly from the stand-alone form, skipping the assignment step and automatically marking them as Closed for easier tracking of quick fixes.

Smarter Photo Annotation Tools: New tools for drawing shapes such as circles, boxes, lines, and arrows, enabling users to illustrate details with greater ease. Additionally, we've enhanced the editing process, allowing the viewer to remain open while editing multiple photos.

Inline Form Guidelines for Better Context: Form Designer now offers a configurable field for embedding inline guidance with text, images, links, or attachments, enhancing form clarity and reducing user confusion.

Improved Document Picker with JSA Options: Adding document selection fields to forms is now simpler with a new filtering option, allowing you to display Document Libraries, JSA documents, or both—no formulas needed.

Audit & Inspection Question Sets: Now display guideline photos offline, ensuring field teams have necessary resources without a connection.
