Some organizations draw a working distinction internally (JHA for a broader, less frequent review and JSA for a crew-level check before a shift), but this split isn't standardized industry-wide, and safety trade publications that have examined the question have found no consensus on it either. Pick one term, define it in your written program, and use it consistently: don't assume a vendor, auditor, or new hire means the same thing by "JSA" that your program does.
