From the all-new Vendor Portal to expanded AI Copilot features and popular customer-requested enhancements, this release continues our focus on connection, visibility, and continuous improvement.

• Vendor Portal – A new external vendor management portal that lets vendors and contractors securely log in to upload and manage their own documents.

• Vision AI – AI can now analyze photo attachments for richer context and smarter responses.

• AI CAPA Recommendations – Now offering a built-in AI Copilot button to recommend Corrective Actions based on form data and initiate CAPAs based on suggestions with a single click.

Vendor and Contractor Management: Introducing the External Vendor Portal

Managing vendor and contractor documents just got easier.

With this release, Vendor Management now includes a dedicated external portal for vendors and contractors to upload, view, and update their own documentation.

Key Capabilities of the New Portal Include:

• Portal Access for Vendors and Contractors: Vendors and contractors can log in securely using one-time codes sent to their email or phone. 

• Document Management: Vendors can upload new versions or update existing documents at any time—no more expiring links or manual reminders.

• Administrator vs. Contact Roles: Track contact information for all vendor contacts while granting portal access only to designated administrators.
  
  

• In-App Messaging: EHS Insight users can send messages directly from a Vendor Record. Vendors receive email notifications for document requests, updates, or other communications.

The Benefit: This new portal reduces administrative overhead and improves collaboration. Vendors and Contractors stay engaged and up to date, while your teams spend less time chasing expired links or missing files.

AI Copilot: Vision AI and CAPA Recommendations

CAPA Worksheets with AI Recommendations

CAPA Worksheets now include a built-in Copilot button to instantly recommend Corrective Actions based on form data.

With a single click, users can review Copilot’s suggestions, populate corrective action fields, and initiate CAPAs—all within the worksheet.

The Benefit: Turn insights into action faster. Copilot helps teams identify likely solutions, reduce repetitive data entry, and maintain consistent corrective action quality across your organization.

Vision AI for Form Copilot

EHS Insight’s Form Copilot now sees what you see.

Vision AI has been added to the EHS Insight Copilot to support analyzing of job site photos in real-time. Photo attachments are automatically included in Copilot’s analysis—allowing the AI to interpret and describe what’s shown in images, identify potential hazards, and provide better context for responses. Form Copilot can answer questions, make suggestions and offer descriptions based on photos attached to the form.

Use Cases:

• A user entering a Work Observation can take a photo of the area they are observing and ask copilot to identify the unsafe conditions that are present. 
• A worker completing an FLRA can upload photos of the job site to the form and ask copilot provide a list of the conditions and hazards.

The Benefit: Photos add valuable context to forms, which contributes to more accurate, informed, and context-rich insights to support real-world safety decisions.

Report Subscription Management: More Control, More Flexibility

Reporting just got a major usability upgrade.

Administrators now have a centralized Report Subscription Management page where they can view, search, and edit all active subscriptions in one place—no more digging through individual reports.

Key new capabilities include:

• Admin Dashboard for Subscriptions: Gain full visibility into every scheduled report.
• Expanded Assignment Options: Assign subscriptions to individual users, roles, or business hierarchies—mix and match as needed.
• Custom Email Messaging: Add a personalized message that appears at the top of each subscription email to give recipients helpful context before they open the report.

The Benefit: These improvements make reporting more flexible and transparent, ensuring the right data reaches the right people, on time and with clear communication.

Learning EHS Insight: Better Visibility, Easier Access

Training and onboarding are easier when learning resources are front and center. Learning EHS Insight can now be added directly to dashboards and navigation menus, improving visibility and adoption.

What’s new:

• Enhanced Visibility: Learning EHS Insight is now available as a panel on dashboards and a link on Simple and Kiosk Navigations. 
• New Completion Report: Track course completions with the new “Learning EHS Insight Completion Log.”

The Benefit: When learning is visible, participation increases. Users ramp up faster, admins gain insight into completion trends, and everyone gets more value from the platform.
