Employee Development Plans
Development Plans feature a flexible curriculum (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly), a designated coach, and participants, spanning a defined period from start to end date. Curriculums, customizable or template-based, include periodic assessments, assignments, and evaluations.
Employee Assessments
Assessments on the development plan consist of assignments specifically for participants, along with thorough guidance and the option of additional multimedia resources such as URLs, attachments, or embedded videos. Participants have the choice to provide their responses directly or delegate the task to their coach, such as taking a personality test on an external website.
