From creating related records without leaving a form to capturing training attendance with a QR code, these updates help organizations collect better data with less effort.

26.8 Release Highlights:

  • Add On The Fly — Form Designer now supports "Add On The Fly" functionality on Single Pickers, allowing authorized users to create and edit form, list, and document library data without leaving the current form.
  • Permit Compliance Tasks — Create new Compliance Task forms directly from a Permit in the Permit Management module.
  • Interactive Body Diagram — Select the affected body part on the Incident Event form using a visual, interactive body diagram.
  • QR Code Sessions — Record participants in Safety Meeting and Training Record forms through a dynamic QR Code session.
  • STP AuditHub Integration — Link expert-authored regulatory checklists directly to Audit & Inspection Question Sets.
  • New Language Support — Bengali is now available as a supported language.

Create Related Records Without Leaving the Form

One of the biggest usability improvements in 26.8 is Add on the Fly, now available for Single Picker fields in Form Designer.

Instead of navigating to another area of the system to create a missing record, authorized users can create and link it directly from the form they're already completing.

Simplify Attendance Tracking with Dynamic QR Code Sessions

Safety Meeting and Training Record forms now support dynamic QR Code Sessions, allowing attendees to check themselves into a session by scanning a QR code.

  • Generate a unique QR code for each meeting or training session
  • Participants add themselves directly to the attendance record
  • Ideal for organizations hosting large training events

Make Incident Reporting More Visual

Incident reporting now includes an interactive Body Diagram for selecting the affected body part.

Users can simply click on the diagram or continue using the existing dropdown. Both methods stay synchronized for a faster, more intuitive reporting experience.
