Rassiel Castro

Rassiel Castro is StarTex Software’s Customer Education Manager. He leads the organization’s customer education strategy by creating content that focuses on customer service and the user experience. This includes curriculum design, delivery, technology, and maintenance of learning and strategies to help and advocate for both customers and internal teams. Rassiel has 20+ years of experience creating training solutions for Oil & Gas organizations, higher education institutions, and non-profit organizations. Rassiel graduated from the Davies College of Business at the University of Houston-Downtown with a BBA in Business Management.
