Smarter AI Copilot

AI Document Copilot is now available whenever you view a PDF in the system, whether it’s in the Document Library, attached to a form, or elsewhere.

With Document Copilot you can instantly generate concise summaries, highlight key themes, and extract actionable insights from PDFs, saving valuable time and helping you focus on what matters most. You can even use it to create new content based on the data inside your PDFs.

Here are a few example prompts you might try:

• • What are the key compliance requirements mentioned in this document?

  • What actions do I need to take based on this document?

  • Create a training guide for new employees based on this document.

  • Develop a communication plan to share this document with my team.

Along with this new feature, we’ve enhanced the user experience, Form and Document Copilot now open in a sidebar, so you can chat with Copilot as you work without switching back and forth.

Deeper Insights with New Reports

Three new Form Participation Reports give you a clear view of user KPIs and activity across multiple modules, all in one place.

Instead of running multiple reports to piece together participation data, users can now pull up a single report that shows all form activity for an individual employee across modules. This has been one of the most requested features from customers, and it makes it far easier to monitor engagement, measure participation against internal targets, and get a quick snapshot of how employees are interacting with key forms.

More Ways to Reach Your Team

Announcements & Alerts just got more flexible with the addition of SMS notifications (via your own Twilio account).

This new option makes it easier to reach employees who don’t have regular access to email, or who may not check it often, by delivering time-sensitive updates straight to their phones. It’s a simple way to ensure critical information gets seen right away. Now you can stay connected with your teams, wherever they are.

Save Time with Bulk Actions

Document Reviewers can now be reassigned in bulk.

Need to reassign multiple document reviewers? Now you can handle it in bulk, no more one-by-one updates. With the new bulk reassignment feature, simply select multiple documents and reassign reviewers in just a few clicks.

A Fresh Look at Users & Contacts

The Users and Contacts page has been completely redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, making it easier than ever to manage your organization.

The new tab-based layout simplifies navigation and information management. Combined with updates to the onboarding form, this refreshed design delivers a cleaner, more intuitive experience for users.
