Document Control

Maintaining audit-ready documentation just got more powerful and flexible:

• ISO Compliance Support with Document Review Process – Schedule Document Reviews, supporting ISO 9001:2015 Document Control standards, make it easier for organizations to document and track review history, simplifying audits and boosting transparency.
  
  
• Flexible Due Date and Reviewer Settings – Automate review cycles with set due dates based on predefined intervals.
  
  
• Forecast Reporting and Customizable Notifications – Designate document-specific reviewers and receive task reminders ahead of deadlines. Leverage real-time, document-centric reporting to verify review status.
  
  
• Audit Ready Log of Completed Reviews – Stay audit-ready with a full activity log of updates and completed reviews.
  
  
• Ability to Archive – Quickly mark documents as archived or obsolete, removing them from active use while keeping them accessible for audits and compliance. Separate Active and Archived views make it easy to manage current and historical documents and prevent outdated information from being used.
  
  

• Employee Updates and One-Off Acknowledgments – Send automated alerts when documents are published or updated, keeping employees informed and supporting ISO 9001 compliance. Use One-Off Acknowledgments to simplify the process of requesting and tracking employee confirmations, ensuring acknowledgments stay in sync with the latest documentation.

Training & Learning

We introduced several updates to make learning more flexible, focused, and efficient:

• MARCOM Microlearning Support – Assign short-form lessons from MARCOM or your own courses to improve engagement and retention.

• Training Subscriptions by Course – Subscribe to individual MARCOM courses from any licensed catalog for more control.

• One-Off Trainings in CAPAs – Assign corrective or remedial training directly from a CAPA triggered by an incident, audit, or other event.

Workflows & Forms

More power, flexibility, and clarity for your forms:

• Form Designer Upgrades – Create dynamic forms with custom data rules, row-by-row approvals, group responses, and expanded options to edit, share, and print.

• Inline Form Guidelines – Add in-field guidance with text, images, links, or attachments to improve clarity and reduce user confusion.

• Improved Document Picker – Filter by Document Libraries, JSA documents, or both—no formulas needed.

• Log Already-Completed CAPAs – Bypass the assignment step and log completed CAPAs directly, automatically marking them as Closed.

Smarter AI

AI support and platform performance continued to improve:

• Form Copilot – Use AI Copilot directly on forms, including Training Requirements and JSA Templates, to summarize entries, suggest next steps, and analyze data.

• Smarter Interactions – Copilot now offers better contextual awareness and more responsive suggestions.

Streamlined Module Connections

EHS Insight modules now work together more efficiently, speeding up key safety workflows:

• Start a Claim from an Incident Event – Launch a Claim form directly from an Incident Event to reduce duplicate entry and improve traceability.

• One-Off Acknowledgment from a Document – Document Libraries now offer publish notifications and One-Off Acknowledgments, making it easier to track employee confirmations and keep acknowledgments up to date.
  
  
• One-Off Training from a CAPA – Users can now assign one-off trainings directly from a CAPA, streamlining how you track corrective or remedial training triggered by events like incidents or audits.
