New Features
Competency Assurance Performance Management Module
- The new Competency Management module now includes Performance Management.
- Users will have the ability to manage Development Plans, including Assignments, Assessments, and Evaluations.

Form Designer - Ability to Suppress Fields from Print Views
- Just like Emails, customers can now hide fields from print views using Form Designer.
- Different print views can now suppress different fields.
- A dedicated (optional) Third-Party print view has been added Incident Event form to support a redacted print/PDF output.
Sandbox Updates
- When a site is set up as a Sandbox Target (Production), Form Designer and Report Designer can be used in read-only mode.
- Sandbox Publishing now tracks and displays a timeline of all changes made to each form, list, library, and report.
- Additionally, Sandbox Publishing now displays better status concerning which customizations have been published to Production
Report Designer Visibility for Multiple Roles
- Report Designer now supports setting report Visibility to either an Any or an All mode related to the selected list of roles.
Online Training Course Library Updates
- New courses have been added to the Online Training Course library, including Conflict Resolution in Industrial Facilities, Conflict Resolution in the Office, Workplace Harassment in Industrial Facilities, and Workplace Harassment in the Office.
